We will then confirm your return with you. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Memento (the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
Please note that for personal hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery, with the exception of faulty goods.
